The joys of being a turtle volunteer

Ever since my first time on Chagar Hutang, I have never been able to get it out of my mind resulting in a further 4 trips (in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008) throughout the years. If the toes of a turtle are webbed, the turtle is a swimmer and lives in water either part of the time or always. If the turtle has claws rather than webbed toes, it is a tortoise.
